Bourbon.......Bacon.......Brittle This is oh so savory yet sweet!  It's such a treat.  I hope you enjoy! Ingredients: Candied Bacon thick cut smoky bacon - 6 stripsmaple bourbon (or regular bourbon) 2-3 tablespoons brown sugar 3 tablespoons Brittle granulated sugar1 cup light corn syrup 1/2 cup water 1/2 cup unsalted butter 1 tablespoon maple bourbon (or regular bourbon) 2 tablespoons pure vanilla extract 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon chopped pecans 1/2 cup coarse sea salt for sprinkling 1 teaspoon candy thermometer - you'll need this, trust me Instructions: Candied Bacon Preheat oven to 400°. PB and Bacon Jam

One word....YUM!  Put this jam on a grilled burger or even spread it on a pizza and it will be a crowd favorite.  I like to spread it on some Carr crackers for a great snack.  It is so easy to make.
