These cool nights we've been having lately has me thinking that Hunting Season is right around the corner!   I love love love, bear and moose jerky!  What I love about wild game meat is that it is naturally lean. As it is Valentine’s day, it seemed appropriate to make tonight date night. We decided to stay in and cook a nice dinner. By “we”, I mean I will be cooking dinner. PB and Bacon Jam

One word....YUM!  Put this jam on a grilled burger or even spread it on a pizza and it will be a crowd favorite.  I like to spread it on some Carr crackers for a great snack.  It is so easy to make.
