Your new smoker will come standard with steel racks.  If you choose to, you can upgrade these to stainless steel.  If you would like to upgrade and add additional racks, you will need to purchase the upgrade and then purchase additional stainless racks. 

Stainless racks may be required in some commercial applications for catering and such.  Stainless steel prevent rust.  Please use a stainless grill brush to clean stainless racks.  Should you use a steel brush, this may cause oxidation/rust on the rack.
