This removable Basting Tray is made specifically for Humphrey's Smokers. We put two layers of gasket material on the "hook" of the tray. The inner gasket protects the finish on the front of the door and the gasket on the back lip helps to create a seal to keep the firebox air tight. Just slip it over the door and you're good to go!
