The performance plate allows you to connect a PID (Pit Temperature Controller) to your Weekender Series Smoker. (Weekender, Long Weekender, Saturday). Remove one bolt on your daisy wheel air vent and replace the DW with this performance plate. It will come with the 3/4" ball valve ready to receive your adapter.
These plates are made with 1/8" thick stainless steel and can be easily removed and replaced with the daisy wheel by using one bolt.
Now Available with the 2" Ball Valve which will allow enough air flow to operate without a PID. This is option you will not need to switch between the performance plate and the daisy wheel. One solution for many options.
