The DownEast Beast is one of our taller units.  It's great for catering jobs, BBQ competitions, or BBQ get together.  Solid Maine craftsmanship goes into each one of our cookers for years of dependability. 

The DownEast Beast comes with our combo water pan set up which enables you to use your smoker with a drop in water pan, slide out water pan, cooking dry, or as a grill.  It also comes with 4 stainless steel cooking racks, 2 probe ports and 6" hard rubber casters.
