A great opportunity for someone in the market for high end smoker that might be on a budget.  This Weekender came in on trade towards a larger smoker.  We have it some new skins and insulation and cleaned up the doors and the performance plates.  It's well seasoned and in great shape.  The previous owner kept it in great shape. 

This size smoker is perfect addition for a back yard enthusiast or competition team. 

The Weekender Cabinet smoker is the smallest full depth smoker that Humphrey's has to offer.  This compact unit is the perfect size for tailgating.  Weighing in under 200# it is very portable.  This unit holds full size hotel pans so cooking a full packer brisket or full length ribs will be no problem.  

It comes standard with Humphrey's full baffled Reverse Flow design.  This design eliminated hot spots (front to back, top to bottom and side to side).

These come equipped with a drop in stainless steel water/drip pan and 2 stainless steel cooking racks with Slide Drop/Stay in Place.

This setup comes complete with a Weekender Cart and 6" hard rubber casters. It also includes the upgrade of the 3/4" ball valve performance plate so that you can use a fan and controller to set it and forget it! You can upgrade to 8" casters for an additional $299.00
