ELK BURGER

It is open season!  This massive 8 oz elk patty is a big bite of flavor! Cooked to medium rate and topped with zippy red onion, velvety goat cheese, peppery arugula and Lingonberry Sauce this burger will hit the target!

DIRECTIONS

  1. Form the ground elk into 4, 8oz patties. Season generously with Wild Game Blend.

  2. Rub the sliced onion with olive oil and then season with multitool.

  3. Preheat grill to medium high heat.

  4. Grill the onions and the burgers, burgers to medium rare (or desired temp).

  5. Build the burgers by placing the arugula on the bottom bun followed by the burger.

  6. Top with onions, lingonberry sauce and crumbled goat cheese.
